This Japanese vegetable knife has a blade made of Japanese VG-1 carbon steel (stainless). This single-sided sharpened knife is completely hand-forged by Miki Hamono's forge and is unique in its kind. A Usuba knife is the typical Japanese vegetable knife, because of its shape this knife is ideal for chopping vegetables and herbs.
