Fujiwara san Nashiji Petty,

Hand forged blade made of stainless steel with a core of extremely hard Japanese Shirogami #1 White steel (non-stainless). This knife is completely hand-forged by Teruyasu Fujiwara and is unique in its kind, the blade has a particularly matte appearance. The blade is thin and manually sharpened and has no thickenings, making sharpening very easy. A petty is suitable for smaller jobs in the kitchen such as peeling and preparing smaller pieces of meat and fish. The handle is made of traditional Honoki wood (Japanese Magnolia wood). A special feature is that the handle remains stiff when it becomes damp. The handle is D-shaped (for right-handed use only).
