Hand-forged blade of stainless powder steel with a core of extremely hard Japanese SRS13 (Sanmai forged).
A santoku is the universal knife from Japanese cuisine. The knife is designed to cut fish and meat, but it is also very suitable for embossing vegetables. The blade is rust resistant and is sharpened on both sides. The handle is octagonal and therefore suitable for right and left-handed use.
