Kagemitsu Nagura sharpening stone for flattening your whetstones.
Small compact cleaning and smoothing stone with a grain size of 600. This stone is specifically intended for the repair and maintenance of Japanese water stones. Frequent use can create a cavity in a water stone, by passing this repair stone over the water stone, the stone can be made completely flat again.
Nagura stones should never be used to create a "slurry" on a polishing stone. Due to the coarseness of #600, this "slurry" will make the knife blunt again. After using a Nagura stone, the water stone must first be rinsed.
