SKU: BK1095 (Red)Babacho, double-sided blade 110mm, with leather saya
Japanese Takibi Nata (pruning knife, machete) for pruning branches and leaves and splitting wood and trunks.
These knives are used in Japan as a universal camping knife for preparing wood for your campfire and other jobs. Due to the razor-sharp blade of Japanese carbon steel of a very high hardness and the high weight, this knife works better than a pruning saw or a light machete or pruning knife.
This knife can also be used to split small logs, use a wooden hammer (never a metal hammer) and use an underlying (larger) chopping block to prevent the knife from slipping on a hard surface.
This knife is sharpened on both sides.
This luxury knife comes with a leather sheath with a leather belt loop. Ideal for die hard campers but also for gardeners, gardeners, woodworkers and furniture makers.
This knife is polished and is sharpened on both sides.
