Mitsuboshi Nagomi Cheese knife

The gently curved narrow blade of the Cheese Knife can cut from hard to soft cheeses beautifully. This stylish knife can be rested upright and displayed elegantly as displayed below (cutting board not included). This Japanese knife is made of Japanese rust-resistant steel. The double-sided sharpened blade is very thin and manually sharpened and has no thickenings, which makes sharpening very easy.

Decades of Japanese artisanship and the finest quality materials make Nagomi knives an investment for home as well as the workspace. Nagomi blades are revered by patissiers and chefs from around the world.

This 440C Chrome molybdenum steel has excellent durability of cutting quality and easy to maintain. Each of the knives is handcrafted by skilled craftsmen in the Mitsuboshi factory where they are producing high quality knives from 1873.

Like all Japanese knives, Mitsuboshi handmade knives are not dishwasher safe, cleaning and drying after each use is the best treatment for these exclusive products.
