Mitsuboshi Nagomi Slicing Knife

This Japanese knife is made of Japanese rust-resistant steel. The double-sided sharpened blade is very thin and manually sharpened and has no thickenings, which makes sharpening very easy.

Decades of Japanese craftsmanship and the best quality materials make Nagomi knives an investment for both the home and the workplace. Nagomi knives are revered by pastry chefs and chefs from all over the world.

This 440C Chrome-molybdenum steel has excellent durability of cutting quality and is easy to maintain. Each of the knives is handmade by skilled craftsmen in the Mitsuboshi factory, where they have been producing high-quality knives since 1873.

The handles, prized for their durability, water resistance, comfort and beauty, are made from FSC certified Italian wood. Like all Japanese knives, Mitsuboshi handmade knives are not dishwasher safe. Cleaning and drying after each use is the best treatment for these exclusive products.
