This beautiful Japanese style universal chef's knife is made of V1 gold steel (rust-resistant) as core steel with a beautiful damascus outer pattern. The name Tetsuhiro is on the blade.
The Tetsuhiro Knife Company is part of the Kiryu forge founded in 1927 in Sanjo City in the Niigata province.
The blade is double-sided sharpened and is very thin and has no thickenings, making sharpening very easy. The handle is made in Western style and therefore suitable for both right-handed and left-handed use.
