Kagemitsu Gyuniku petty knife/steak knife
Blade with a core of Japanese AUS10 steel with a rust-resistant outer layer. This knife has a smooth edge and is perfect for cutting meat and vegetables. The knife has a beautiful Suminagashi (damascus) protective layer.
