Kagemitsu Gyuniku petty knife/steak knife

Blade with a core of Japanese AUS10 steel with a rust-resistant outer layer. This knife has a smooth edge and is perfect for cutting meat and vegetables. The knife has a beautiful Suminagashi (damascus) protective layer.

  • Made in the Japanese city of Seki (Gifu) where the well-known knives from Global, Kai Shun and Tojiro are also made.

PLEASE NOTE: this knife is delivered loose (not in a box) but with a plastic cover so that the knife can be placed in a drawer without any problems or taken to a restaurant.
