Hidari-Tozo Honesuki Boning knife. 150 mm

This traditional narrow boning knife has a blade made of semi-stainless Japanese Molybdenum / Vanadium steel. The blade is thick and suitable for heavy duty work. The blade is manually sharpened and has no thickening, which makes grinding very easy. Honesuki knives have a sturdy, non-flexible blade and are suitable for boning, deflating, etc.
